Delivering an additional 30% in enquiry growth is no small feat when you’ve already delivered over 600% growth for a brand and achieved 95% visibility around key phrases on page one of the search results. But when Instant Offices challenged us to take them to the next level, that’s exactly what we did.

  • Enquiries increased by 54%
  • 47% increase in deals
  • Revenue increase of 27%
  • Traffic grew by 29% YoY

Exceeding Organic Growth Targets with Fresh Student Living 

Fresh Student LivingFresh Student Living asked MediaVision to deliver a strategy that would grow overall organic search traffic by 30% YoY. We also set out to make gains in highly competitive key markets by improving search rankings for “Student Accommodation” + City related keywords.

  • We managed to grow overall traffic by 36.5%

  • Aberdeen – 1468%

  • London – 164%
  • Liverpool – 161%
  • Bristol – 93%
  • Leicester – 82%
