In what’s easily one of our proudest moments as an agency so far, MediaVision was named Best Employer at the Kingston Business Awards last night.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve grown into a stellar agency with an unbelievably strong team. We won Best Small Integrated Agency at the UK Search Awards two years in a row, and Best Small Integrated Agency at the coveted EU Search Awards – a title we’re shortlisted for again this year. We received our second Property Marketing Award this year for our work in the sector and took home the award for Best Content Marketing Campaign at the CIM Awards a few months back.
However, we never forget that it all started back in a tiny Kingston office, where MediaVision was born, and a core group of talented individuals came on board to set the solid foundation for who we are now. Along the way, we’ve met some incredible people who’ve helped us grow and evolve, and today I look around at the talent we’ve acquired and think we’re the strongest we’ve ever been, and that’s all because of our people.
Huge kudos to everyone who tirelessly works on improving and maintaining MediaVision culture, ensuring team members are nurtured, challenged and happy, and that we balance our careful chemistry as an agency with incredible work that continuously sets the bar higher.
Our approach to company culture, team happiness and overall agency well-being is in constant review, and instead of assuming what individuals need to be happy and feel valued, we ask. This has led to improved career progression, training opportunities, better communication, and talent retention.
A culture of transparency means we’re all on the same page when it comes to agency goals, both short and long-term, and a really strong emphasis on mental health and work-life balance means our people work smarter, not harder to achieve goals. Physical benefits like morning yoga, massages, team breakfasts and dogs visiting the agency also help 🙂
