Melissa, MediaVision’s multi-talented secret weapon, has been running the HR, Finance and Project Management side of the business since joining the company back in 2007. In addition to her multiple roles within the company, Melissa has still managed to find the time to develop into a useful addition to the company’s PPC team.
Recently added to the MediaVision board of directors, Melissa can be almost solely accredited with the smooth operational success that MediaVision enjoys on a daily basis.
After graduating with a BComm. degree in Information Systems, Melissa headed to the UK where, in the eight years prior to joining MediaVision, she gained experience in various financial and project management roles, all of which have proven to be a major asset to MediaVision. It is not often that a company is lucky enough to be gifted someone who is not only a “Jack of all trades”, but also a kind and caring person who brings an overwhelming sense of calm and clarity to the day-to-day running of the business.
After Hours Interests and Hobbies:
Melissa, aka Mel (and occasionally “Dragon Lady”), adores any activity involving the outdoors and also has a keen ear for good music. Given the choice, she could spend her entire life listening to the soothing sounds of Kings of Leon, Prime Circle or Live (her all time favourite band).
Mel is the backbone of what makes MediaVision such an enjoyable company to work for. When she’s not at work looking after the staff and ensuring that everyone is happy and paid on time, she’s at home looking after the apple of her eye – her two-year-old son Kaii. A true lady through and through, MediaVision wouldn’t be the same without Mel.
