Employersjobs.com is one of MediaVision's oldest clients. The development of the two companies has gone hand in hand over the past 3 years.
In December 2008 MediaVision approached Employersjobs.com with a new idea that would result in better search engine optimisation. That idea is MediaVision's proprietary product SE tree which is particularly useful for sites with large databases. Since Google does not perform a site search it is imperative to give the crawlers a route to the content to ensure it gets ranked appropriately. The promotional campaign also needs to be finely tuned accordingly to ensure rankings.
The technology can be used for many types of sites from large ecommerce to job portals and achieves staggering traffic growth.
The Results
The traffic growth has been nothing short of exceptional. The market over the period contracted with losses reported by most leading job portals. The search volume over the period was also relatively flat with a sharp tail off over the December period. It is important to note that the market volume in February 08 was almost identical to the same period in 2009.

The EmployersJobs.com position could not be more different. Traffic grew by over 310% in the 12 month period. With over 91% of visitors coming from natural search EmployersJobs.com was naturally thrilled with the outcome.
